Product Images and Representation
Products images that are displayed in the website are representational, the actual Product delivered may be subject to variations in appearance, as Product packaging may differ.
Product Pricing, Availability and Delivery
The products displayed on the Website are subject to availability and will be delivered across India. Despite our best efforts some delivery addresses cannot be serviced due to unavailability of shipping/parcel services in those locations.
Delivery locations outside India is not accepted.
All prices displayed on the Website are valid and effective only in India for the day that they are viewed. Company reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue or change pricing or specifications of products and services offered on this Website without incurring any liability whatsoever.
We cannot guarantee availability of stock but will endeavor to produce/extract/source where possible to fulfil your order. Where items cannot be delivered, we will endeavor to contact the customer based on the information provided at registration, and offer either the option to cancel the order or reduce the quantities, where applicable. If we are unable to supply each and every item ordered or in the quantities ordered and cannot contact the customer, the customer nevertheless agrees to accept delivery and make payment for the items correctly delivered.
Whilst all precautions are taken by the Company to provide the correct information on the website, in the event that we identify an inadvertent and obvious error in the price, product or service description, images and any other relevant content, company is not obliged to provide you with the affected product or service.
Company will make every effort to contact you to alert you of the error. In such circumstances you are entitled to cancel the purchase and we will provide a full refund for the amount paid.

Confirmation of Orders
Orders placed online constitute are subject to these terms. On receipt of your order we will send you an email describing the products and services you have ordered. These communications confirm we have received your order, but do not represent any acceptance of your offer to purchase products or services from us.
Cancellation
If for any reason you would like to cancel an order, this may be done by contacting us either by Phone or Email. Krishi360 reserves the right not to refund the delivery in respect of any late cancellations. Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Krishi360 reserves the right to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration in the event of your breach any of the terms.
Order Tracking
You can track the status of your order by logging into your account and by clicking on "Your Orders". We will also send you emails and/or SMSs to advise you on the progress of your order. You can call our customer care number.
Delivery
A delivery fee will be charged for each delivery order placed by you. Krishi 360 works with multiple courier partners to deliver products to customers across India. Delivery may take up to 9 days based on delivery location. Should it be unavoidable for us to exceed these delivery times, you will be notified either telephonically or electronically.
Please arrange that you or your authorised representative, who is a responsible person, is available to accept your purchases at the delivery address and that appropriate access will be made available. Krishi360 have outsourced all deliveries and accordingly, cannot, to the extent permitted by law, be liable for any damage suffered or loss incurred by reason of any acts or omissions of the courier.
Delivery Confirmation
Krishi360 will indicate its acceptance of your order by delivering the products to you or allowing you to collect them, and only at that point will a contract between you and Krishi360 be completed. This is regardless of any communication from Krishi360 stating that your order or payment has been confirmed. Krishi360 will indicate its rejection of your order by cancelling it and, as soon as possible thereafter, refunding you for any amount already paid. Any products or services on the same order which have not been dispatched/delivered to you will not form part of that the contract between you and Krishi360. Delivery dates are estimates only, and as we process your order we will inform you if any products or services on your order turn out to be unavailable or delayed for any reason.
Damaged Goods
Should an item be damaged, please contact our Customer care immediately to arrange for the earliest convenient collection date. Please make a note on the delivery waybill of damages as well. Once the product is returned, the Product will undergo an assessment following which a decision be made on the replacement of the item or refund of the money.
