In the recent past I have become more conscious about the edible oils used in cooking and have learnt that refined oils that are highly processed are detrimental to good health and has poor nutritive value. My search for a natural, minimally processed cooking oil in the month of Jan 2021 has helped me to fix this basic issue. I am lucky to find Nutri 360, a bull driven wood pressed Ghana oil which is unprocessed and unrefined. I also had the opportunity to visit their extraction site at Malvalli. I am happy that i could make this change in choosing a less processed cooking oil for me and for my family. Since Jan 2021 we have been using Nutri 360 oil for daily cooking and has worked well in our favor in terms of reduction in monthly usage of edible oil and enhancing the taste of the food.
The groundnut oil from Krishi360 is too good for Health. I used just lil oil for all my seasoning and the aroma of the oil while seasoning is very very amazing. Its almost a month since I'm using this oil and I must say it's worth the money I spent. Its an healthy and tasty oil. Must buy product.
